Standard Terms & Conditions on our Cash Invoices

  1. I confirm that I have received the goods and have had sufficient opportunity to inspect them independently. I acknowledge that the goods are suitable for the purpose I intend to use them for.

  2. I understand that the goods are of a technical nature and must be installed, fitted, or handled by a qualified professional.

  3. Returns are only accepted within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.

  4. The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging, in new and unused condition.

  5. We are under no obligation to accept returns for non-defective goods or if the return is due to a change of mind.

  6. A valid receipt of purchase is required for any return.

  7. A handling fee of up to 15% may apply to cover associated costs.

  8. Specially ordered goods must be paid for at the time of order and are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

  • Pricing will only be communicated through an official quote. No prices will be disclosed on the Website or through the RFQ process until an official quote is issued.
  • Some products may be in stock, while others may have a lead time. Any lead time or availability status will be communicated in the quote.
  • Selepe Bearings is not responsible for the content of the quotes provided by third-party vendors, and you should review any quotes carefully before entering into any agreement.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

By submitting an RFQ, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit through the RFQ form complies with applicable data protection laws.

4. No Guarantee of Quotes or Services

The Website allows users to request quotes, but does not guarantee that you will receive a quote for every request. Selepe Bearings does not make any representations regarding the availability or timeliness of any quote. The quotes provided are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice.

5. Restrictions on Use

You may not:
